Payment can be made in person, by post or over the telephone.

We accept cash, cheques, postal orders and all major debit and credit cards.

If your subscription expires we will retain your mail for a period of one month after which time it will be returned to sender.

To comply with MLR regulations you will need to provide two forms of identification for each name registered including the person collecting the mail -
One must be either a valid passport or photocard driving licence.
The other must be a recent utility bill (sent by post, not printed from Internet), council tax bill or bank credit card statement showing your address.

For each Limited Company registered we will need a copy of the Certificate Of Incorporation.

For each non-limited company or organisation we will require a company letterhead or document confirming the trading address and details of sole trader or partners.

These documents will be copied and kept in a secure place and you will not need to produce them again.

This information is confidential as we are also registered under the Data Protection Act.
We will not divulge any of your details to anyone except Police, Trading Standards or Customs & Excise M.L.R. Authority if requested.
